With love for her job, always a kind word and a smile, and an open ear, she is always at your side.
Our cuisine is an important part of the holiday experience at Hotel Vernagt. Ulrich Weithaler and Thomas Gruber personally work in the kitchen, preparing homemade filled pasta, game dishes and meat specialities. Whenever possible, we use products from South Tyrol and the surrounding region, including game from local hunters and lamb from regional farmers.
Many of our regular guests especially appreciate the combination of good food, personal service and carefully selected wines. Our tip: alongside our classics, try specialities such as venison goulash, gnocchi with lamb ragout or traditional South Tyrolean Milzschnitten soup – dishes you will not find everywhere today.
