Entry to the dining room in the evening between 7:00 p.m. and 8:15 p.m

Start your day with a healthy breakfast and help yourself to your heart's content from our colorful breakfast buffet. In the evening we offer a salad bar with cheese and fruit as well as a 4-course menu, which our service staff brings to your table. Harmonious tasting dishes made from high-quality and fresh basic products as well as careful preparation characterize our kitchen. 90% regional and local products are used. We do not use artificially produced foods, soy products or meat substitutes. Last but not least, it is very important for the good reputation of our kitchen that the passion and love for the profession of chef is noticeable, which Chef Ulrich and Thomas live with their whole hearts.
