Useful information

  • For your feel-good days with us, remember that you are on holiday at 1700m Alpine and bring appropriate clothing with you. We have different temperatures and conditions than you are used to at home.
  • Meals not consumed will not be charged!

  • Children's prices per day and child in parents' room (3rd and 4th room occupancy):
    0 to 4 years 30.00 Euro, 5 to 9 years 45.00 Euro, 10 to 13 years 60.00 Euro

    We ask for your understanding that only children up to and including 13 years of age are allowed to sleep in the additional beds
  • Turist Tax:

    From January 1, 2014, a community stay tax ( Euro 4,00 ) per person per night will be charged for all persons aged 14 and over. This is not included in the price listed above and is shown separately.

  • Payment and surcharges: Payment method: Cash*, Eurocheck card, Visa and Mastercard.
    Single room supplement: Double as a single room 60% surcharge.

    * Since January 1, 2023, it is no longer permitted to pay amounts of more than 4,999.99 euros with cash in Italy. However, the following payment methods are permitted: EC card, ATM card, credit card, non-transferable check and bank transfers.

  • Pets only with registration! EUR 20.00 per day (without food). We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room or in the wellness area. The dog owner is liable for any damage and will be charged.

  • Arrival and departure The rooms are available from 3 p.m. We ask that you vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you arrive after 7 p.m., please call us.

  • Room request We are happy to fulfill your room request, but we cannot guarantee fixed room numbers.
  • Prices: Prices are per person and day

  • Leisure facilities: The use of our leisure facilities and participation in various events is at your own risk.

  • Smokers: We ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in the house. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace.

  • Our booking criteria:

    For a fixed booking we ask for a deposit of Euro 400.00 per room or 30% of the total amount, by bank transfer to our account

    We also recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover hotel expenses in the event of a cancellation.

  • Cancellation:

    Cancellation sounds unpleasant, but it is for you as well as for us. There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. In the event of an early departure, the entire booked arrangement will be charged. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

    We are not liable for illness, weather or anything else. (Notification in accordance with Tel III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005)

  • Booking through an agency

    Cancellation: When booking using a voucher, there is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (notification in accordance with Tel III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005)

    • Meals or services that are included in the voucher/voucher but are not used will not be charged!
    Our inclusive services are exclusively reserved for direct bookers. It is possible to book additional services for an additional charge.
